Bahrain Aquatics is committed to maintaining the integrity of our sport by enforcing clear and consistent penalties for violations of our rules, regulations, and code of conduct. Penalties are designed not only to sanction misconduct but also to educate and promote fair play across all levels of participation.
Penalties may be applied for breaches such as doping violations, unsportsmanlike behavior, non-compliance with internal regulations, or any actions that harm the safety, reputation, or fairness of the sport.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, penalties may include but are not limited to:
Verbal or written warnings
Suspension from training, competition, or events
Fines or financial penalties
Disqualification of results or titles
Temporary or permanent bans from participation
Referral to external authorities, where applicable
All disciplinary actions follow a fair and transparent process, ensuring that those accused have the right to be heard and to appeal decisions where appropriate.
