Setting the Standard for Respect and Responsibility
The Bahrain Aquatics Code of Conduct outlines the expected standards of behavior for all individuals involved in our community — including athletes, coaches, officials, staff, volunteers, and parents. It serves as a guiding framework to ensure a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment across all aquatic disciplines.
All members are expected to act with integrity, fairness, and professionalism both in and out of competition. This includes upholding the values of respect, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship always.
By participating in any Bahrain Aquatics activity or event, individuals agree to:
Treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of background, ability, or role
Uphold the rules and spirit of fair play in both training and competition
Refrain from any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
Prioritize the safety, wellbeing, and development of young and vulnerable athletes
Respect the roles of coaches, officials, and event organizers
Represent Bahrain Aquatics with pride, professionalism, and accountability
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from activities, in accordance with our official disciplinary procedures.
We encourage all members to read the Code thoroughly and commit to the standards that preserve the integrity of our sport.
